As a burnout survivor Sarah is on a mission to help working mums avoid and cope with the juggle-struggle as well as bring back some joy into their lives.

“When the mental load feels like you’re carrying an oversized gap-year rucksack, and there doesn’t seem to be a hostel in sight, we need to find a safe haven. The good news is, we can create that for ourselves by focusing on what’s most important and what success really looks like in our lives”, Sarah reflects.

With a varied work history, including advertising, marketing and interior design, along with raising 3 children, she’s had her fair share of the mum-juggle-struggle. Qualifying as a coach with MOE in 2020 – mid pandemic, she noticed that her clients were struggling too.

Often found asking the question to her clients “What do you really want?” and then later rebranding as The Burnout Protection Officer in early 2024 things really started taking off.

Sarah takes the time to join us during her busy life to share how to spot common signs of burnout, ways to combat it and ultimately uncovers how to avoid burnout.
