In the MOE Coaching Course we help you to level up your listening to that what is required to be a coach. And… it’s completely normal that you can still feel overwhelmed when someone you are coaching shares a lot of content. This overwhelm can be a barrier to providing an enriching coaching space.
Our internal voice can be quite loud and we can often find it difficult to know what words to reflect back. Or to know when you are witnessing non-verbal communication that if reflected back, would help enrich what the person you are coaching gets to become aware of.
Many of us would like to listen this way to friends and loved ones as well, and not just reserve it for coaching!
This experiential listening skills workshop has been designed to be a deeper and thoughtful exploration into you as a listener at level 4 and 5.
The fee for this workshop is £45-£65 sliding scale which can be paid by card directly through the booking form.
Your contribution is spent on the cost of running programmes and to ensure MOE Foundation runs a sustainable charity.
The course is held via Zoom, please ensure that you have suitable technical equipment, headphones and a quiet space with adequate internet facilities to ensure you are to participate fully.
