Looking back on a challenging year
As we look back on the 2025–2026 financial year at MOE Foundation (MOE), we’re proud of what we’ve achieved together. Demand for support has continued to grow, but our purpose remains the same: creating meaningful change through listening, connection and community.
“This has been a year of renewal and resilience. We have welcomed new talent to our board of trustees, extended our curriculum, and brought new charity partners into the MOE community. The world needs us now more than ever – and the good news is that, thanks to our trainers, supporters and community, we are here and ready to serve.”
– Simon Coops, Chair of the Board of Trustees
Thank you for being part of our MOE community. Your encouragement, referrals, fundraising and messages of support have made a real difference. We were especially moved by the generosity shown during our first-ever crowdfunding campaign, which has given us vital breathing space to keep delivering support where it’s needed most.

Excited about what’s to come
Looking ahead to 2026/27, we’re focused on strengthening our financial stability while continuing to reach as many people as possible. We already have an exciting year planned, including 22 Coach Training Courses, 3 Listening Workshops, 2 Mental Health First Aid Programmes, plus community events and fundraising activities.
You can read more about our progress and impact in our Annual Report and we hope you’ll continue with us on this journey.
“For every deliberate act of love and kindness, we are helping to create waves of positive change”
