Feeling different to everyone else and being cast out by those that are supposed to love you unconditionally, is enough to leave you feeling broken and isolated.

In this episode co-host Kate chats to Andy Robinson around his identity as a queer ADHDer and how he found his people and future husband when he started to live authentically himself.

We discuss what it’s like to not fit in, to feel different and the magic that happens when we allow ourselves to exist as our truest selves and the people we attract in the process.

Andy tells us what is was like to go through such intense trauma around religion and that being part of a community and finding belonging was what kept him going.

Listening to this episode we felt inspired to be more authentic, encourage others to do the same and create a community where we can all exist as ourselves.
