Jessica Holliland shares her insights into what it is like to:

  • Drop the weight of responsibility for session outcomes and shift that responsibility onto the coachee
  • Create clear expectations as to what sort of work a coach does and how they help you find your own conclusions, in differences between mentors and coaches.
  • Give permission to clients who are held back by outdated or limiting belief systems.

We encourage listeners to answer the above questions and ask where they may be holding themselves back in their lives from not giving themselves permission. Jessica invites us into a safe place where she holds space to give permission to take the leap and go for it! So let us know – what is it you are still asking permission for?
