Everyone has mental health

Everyone has mental health In this engaging talk Sean Tillman explores the vital role mental wellness plays in all of our lives. You’ll discover resources to support yourself and others, and learn about practical strategies for fostering a supportive environment.

Sean is on a mission to break down barriers, destigmatise mental health and build a culture of compassion and understanding! Drawing from his own experiences struggling with anxiety and depression in his teens, he’ll talk about what he tried, what worked and what didn’t, emphasising that just like everyone’s story of how they ended up with mental ill health is unique, so is the path to recovery.

Sean works with MOE Foundation as a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) trainer. To learn more about how to recognise someone struggling with a mental health issue and how to help them while maintaining personal safety, check out the MOE Mental Health First Aid course: https://moefoundation.com/mental-health-first-aid/
