Information

Are you interested in becoming a part of the MOE training team?

The Trainer Pathway is a train-the-trainer programme that enables you to use your skills, gain transferable ones, and gain experience in the facilitation of training. In exchange for your time this will help you to redefine your skills to another level rather than just participating.

The Trainer Pathway Explore and Discover calls are informal and are for MOE Certified Coaches who are:

  • interested in joining the Trainer Pathway
  • newly on the Trainer Pathway
  • established on the Trainer Pathway

The Trainer Pathway call is an opportunity for everyone on the Pathway, or who would like to be on the Pathway to explore and discover in advance of their next or first course as a trainer. A chance to meet others on the Trainer Pathway, build connections and ask questions to get clarity from areas of the course that challenge you from the experienced trainers leading the call. For those who are new to the Trainer Pathway, it provides us with an opportunity to meet you so that we can match you up with a team and lead trainer that will set you up for success right from the word go.

Date: Wednesday 30th September 7-8pm BST. Registration in advance required.

About the trainers

Tracey Clay

My own career journey has been shaped by my understanding of the importance of ‘Pivotal
Moments’ in life and work. After two decades of success in the corporate recruiting and staffing industry across a wide range of industries and sectors, I founded Pivotal Recruit & Coaching in 2019. With a passion for ‘people’, I love working with individuals and businesses in their ‘Pivotal Moments’ and beyond. When not coaching, training or recruiting I embrace life in Devon enjoying the beauty and space of coast and moor with my husband, two daughters and their husbands and four wonderful grandchildren.

Debra Broadhurst

Debra is a coach who helps parents to put into place the necessary strategies that support them to be both effective and empowering parents in the face of overwhelm, and improve relational dynamics, to avoid further family devastation.

She trained as a coach with MOE in 2021, later going on to complete Coaching Supervision qualification which she uses whilst coaching parents and also as a standalone Coaching Supervisor for both coaches and leaders looking to bring integrity and excellence into their roles.

Debra is a massive advocate for bringing the coaching approach into the lives of as many people as possible, and especially into the homes where neurodiversity also lives. She does this through her work as a coach, coach supervisor, lead trainer and in her role in the MOE training development leadership team.

Follow or connect with Debra on LinkedIn to learn more about her work.
