An experiential workshop to deepen connection and communication

Listening is more than hearing words—it’s about presence, connection, and creating space for others to be truly seen and understood. In this interactive 2.5-hour workshop, you’ll practice and explore listening in ways that enrich both your personal and professional relationships.

Through a series of engaging exercises, reflection, and dialogue, you’ll discover how to move beyond surface-level communication and into deeper, more meaningful connection. Whether you are a coach looking to refine your skills or simply someone who wants to build stronger, more supportive relationships, this workshop will give you practical tools to transform the way you listen.

“I am going to practice the gifting exercise as often and as widely as I possibly can, in work, family and among friends … and I can see it switching things beautifully and helping folks change their worlds too, once they feel the power of receiving it from me. Can’t wait!! THANK YOU X”

What to Expect:

  • Welcome, introductions & contracting (informal group conversation where we agree how we meet each others needs)
  • Exploring your inner dialogue
  • Listening quiz
  • Listening to words exercise
  • Break (15 minutes)
  • Listening through other senses exercise
  • Listening as a gift exercise
  • Reflection, questions & feedback

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with new awareness and strategies you can apply in every conversation—at work, at home, and in your community.

“Giving something to someone by act of listening is very special, very valuable. It is a loving action, a gift.”

This workshop will run from 6.30pm – 9.00pm BST.

Contribution: £45-£65 sliding scale
