People pleaser recovery and post traumatic growth with Charlie Hamilton

Share this podcast:

Growing up and feeling like you never fit in. Being told you’re too much and not enough, all at the same time. Overextending in friendships, only to end up drained and disappointed.

Charlie shares what life has been like as someone late-identified with autism and known to have ADHD since infancy- then labelled as hyperactive. She speaks about how she has grown through her diagnosis and now supports others who have discovered their neurodivergent identity and are left asking: now what?

Charlie is an authoritative voice on neurodivergence, its strengths, and the flaws of the education system. With a thirst for knowledge and an aptitude for learning, she completed her Master’s and is now undertaking a PhD. She is working to educate business schools on neurodivergence, the accommodations that can be made, and how future business owners and entrepreneurs can create happy, healthy workplaces for everyone.

If you’re a people pleaser, are curious about neurodivergence and share struggles with the education system then this episode just might make you feel less alone and help you learn something about yourself.
