MOE Coach Refresher Day

31 January 2020

Who is it for?

The MOE Coaching Refresher Course is for you if you’re a graduate of the MOE Coach Training Course who left the course with great intentions to use the skills in different areas of your life and you were either side-tracked by life or started as you intended, but once again life got in the way.

You now feel rusty and feel that a reminder of the skills and a chance to see them in action again and practice them would be of real benefit.

Purpose of the course

This 1-day course is designed to help you find a way to rediscover the confidence, enthusiasm and belief you had at the end of day 5 of your MOE Coach Training Course, to help you reconnect with like-minded people, and to help you realise that the skills are still there, it’s just about getting back on the bike and having someone to ride along bedside you encouraging you and possibly even giving you a suggestion or two (with permission of course).

Increased confidence in using the listening, GROW model and other coaching skills and a plan of how to embed the skills in your day-to-day life whether that is in formal coaching situations, coaching in the moment or using the skills with your friends, colleagues and family.
