Coaching skills are all about connecting with and supporting others. At MOE we believe in reinforcing and enabling people’s dreams. The most common feedback we receive on the course is that it is ‘life-changing’. As well as the coaching skills listed below, on this course you will develop your self-awareness, confidence, and resilience.

You will learn:

• How to listen like a coach, far beyond the levels of listening that we typical give or receive in our lives
• How to ask questions that unlock learning, in order to support people to see things previously out of their reach
• How to build rapport and trust quickly with authenticity
• How to facilitate goal setting that goes way beyond SMART goals, in order to give people greater inspiration than they can create alone
• How to unlock limiting beliefs, in yourself and others, giving you the tools to create mindset shifts at the deepest levels
• How to give feedback in the most meaningful and supportive way, avoiding hurtful clichés
• How to create the foundations for working in partnership with others in an impactful manner.
• How to do all these things in the moment, regardless of your profession, as well as in a structured series of coaching sessions, as an ethical and professional coach.”

Professional Credibility

The MOE Certified Coach Training Course is recognised by the Association for Coaching.

Cost

Thanks to a generous association with Culture at Work, our corporate training partner, and our coach training team of MOE graduates, we are able to offer this opportunity to suitable enthusiastic candidates at substantially reduced rates, with some full scholarships also available. This makes it accessible to all who have a genuine interest in becoming a qualified MOE Coach (the typical cost to organisations for this coaching training course would otherwise be £2500.00). All donations go to the MOE Foundation for reinvestment into young people’s lives.

Session 3 – 6 October 2023 (9.30am – 5.00pm)

Session 4 – 14 November 2023 (9.30am – 5.00pm)

Session 5 – 15 November 2023 (9.30am – 5.00pm)

Please also note that the course involves up to 4 hours of assignment work. The majority of this work is practice with other participants, which cannot be missed and is a requirement for your (and their) qualification. This practice is a significant part of your training as a coach.

The course is held in person in a venue in Central London and delivered by a training team of 3-4 members. The course is experiential, you will learn by questioning and doing, rather than by listening. It will require your engagement and input throughout. Please ensure that you will be able to attend all 5 days. Transport costs and lunch will not be provided.
